After painting the sibling room on Saturday morning, we piled everyone in the car and headed down to Boston for a series of important events. First we said hello to the newest Pyle, Jeff and Liz' Lucy Beatrice who was born last week. She is teeny and delicate and symmetrical and sweet smelling and charming. Josie looked very interested in eating her, but in no time they will be running around together in tutus and soccer cleats. Then we met up with Antonia for a birthday celebration (her 62nd) and picnic on Spy Pond (complete with birthday cookies). Unfortunately, Pop Pop was decidedly under the weather after singing his heart out with the Tanglewood Festival Chorus all week. After a fun sleepover party with Oma and Pop Pop, we went to the Children's Museum in Boston on Sunday morning, and then spent the afternoon at the Arboretum with Regan, Ben, Nia and Otter. The weather has cooled off, promising to preserve the explosion of color and tender shoots all around. No summer yet. This is delicious, cool, wet, muddy SPRING!
