Peter and I spent a glorious three nights and two days at Cold River Camp in the Whites. Antonia and David kept the kids in their cabin while we honeymooned in a secluded cabin on our own. They also watched the kids all day Saturday so we could hike Mt. Madison and have a romantic dinner at the Mt. Washington Inn. Such extremes of elegance. I impressed myself by hiking 9 miles and over 4,000 ft. elevation (it's amazing what you can do without a 35 lb child on your back). The weather was spectacular and we enjoyed every minute.
